Truston OHI Browser(TOB)

The Truston OHI Browser enables the user to consult the most essential information from the OHI Back Office at a glance. This information entails reference, expense claim and debtor data on insured and insurers. A call centre or desk employee is herewith able to access the correct information easily, quickly and accurately.

Central to TOB is a summary screen, which is divided into a sub-window with information about:

• policy products
• expense claims
• care plans
• correspondence
• financial information
• relationships between caregivers and
• advances

From a sub-window, a user can click through to further details.
