Corporate responsibility
Truston recognize the need for social responsibility explicitly by naming it as one of our strategic goals underpinned with a focused operational plan.
Our plan is based upon three core concepts:
People
Operating as a socially responsible employer, Truston actively seek to develop satisfying employee relationships while at the same time caring for others outside the company. In various ways, Truston as a company and our coworkers individually, support a range of charities and social organizations.
An example is Roparun. For a number of years now, Truston have been actively involved with the Roparun, a relay-race running from Paris to Rotterdam. Its proceeds benefit people with cancer aiming to “Add life to days, when days can no longer be added to life.”
Planet
Our operations are characterized by respect for every individual and for the environment. Truston have set a goal to convert to a CO2 neutral operation, which comprises a green mobility plan for our coworkers.
Profit
Truston collaborate with selected business partners who equally emphasize the need for corporate social responsibility.
In terms of standards and scoping, Truston comply with the 'MVO prestatieladder' performance system. Results are presented in our annual report on Corporate Social Responsibility, via GRI directives.
