Consortium
Collaboration 2.0 represents the opposite of the standing practice of outsourcing large scale projects to a single system integrator. Instead, Truston operate with a consortium of medium sized specialist service providers with complementary expertise. All members of the group of companies possess specific in-house knowledge and must be able to actually demonstrate which experts will work on the project. Companies share project responsibilities under one lead contractor.
